About
I am a software engineer from Sylhet, Bangladesh, and I lead development on FluentCRM and Fluent Boards: a marketing automation platform and a project management tool. Most of my time goes into the unglamorous half of shipping — planning, review, trade-offs, and keeping a small team moving without breaking what already works.
I started out in PHP and WordPress, moved through Laravel, Vue.js and cloud infrastructure, and now spend a lot of my attention on AI tooling. I write about all of it here, mostly so I have somewhere to think out loud.
Off the clock
The shortest honest version of me runs from Lord of the Rings to DevOps engineering.
There is the half that reads history and re-reads Tolkien; that flies to Phi Phi for the water and walks Kuala Lumpur for the food, then drives into Sikkim, Meghalaya and Darjeeling for the mountains. The half that takes the bike out of Sylhet with no particular destination and a sunset in mind, and that genuinely does not mind the rain.
And there is Makkah. The most peaceful place I have stood, and the one I would go back to just for the prayers.
Then there is the half that spends its days on infrastructure, pipelines and release trains, and still gets a quiet satisfaction out of a deploy nobody has to think about.
Both halves are the same person. I do not think you can separate the engineering from the rest of it.
